To PPL developers: if you want to take a look at the paper on malware detection, just let me know. We had no problems whatsoever using the new version. The only small bug that occurred was that when we called is_feasible() or solve() on an empty instance (e.g., no variables, no constraints) of an MIP_Problem class, we got the following error: what(): PPL::Variable::Variable(i): i exceeds the maximum allowed variable identifier. Apart from that, everything worked really well and we could finish our application and the paper. If you are interested in the results, I attached a copy for you. Thanks again for your cooperation!
