The annoying problems when using doxygen -u are: - our comments in the config. files will be stripped out and replaced by the standard comments (minor problem); - by making a diff, I noted that the automatically generated new config files have a lot of trailing white spaces (as well as a few lines that are too long).
If the important stuff is preserved, i.e., our own configuration options, these are really minor problems. I would not mind and use doxygen -u, committing the result to the repository as long as `diff --ignore-all-space' does not show any important difference.
Now going on checking if there are other kinds of doxygen warnings. I will also start to implement some of the above changes.
Well done. Ciao Roberto -- Prof. Roberto Bagnara Computer Science Group Department of Mathematics, University of Parma, Italy http://www.cs.unipr.it/~bagnara/ mailto:bagnara@cs.unipr.it
