Also added class Topology_Adjusted_Scalar_Product_Sign, implementing a function object choosing the correct scalar product function for the given context. Using these classes to simplify friend declarations and to allow for the removal of some friend declarations. In particular: - Constraint_System is no longer a friend of Generator; - Generator_System is no longer a friend of Constraint. Also added a few missing const qualifications to local variables.
