The class is fully functional, but lacks of some features like `incrementality': in this case the problem is solved from scratch. Added also a couple of tests playing with the class, but other tests are needed. For significant tests a change to the C interface and to the `ppl_lpsol' tool is required. LP_Problem declared `friend class' of `Constraint_System' and `Linear_Expression' to allow compiling.
