From what I understand, PPL gitt repository has been moved from git://git.cs.unipr.it/ppl/ppl.git <http://git.cs.unipr.it/ppl/ppl.git> to git://git.bugseng.com/ppl/ppl.git <http://git.bugseng.com/ppl/ppl.git>, but I think links have not been updated.
