The entailment clsoure method ofr BDSs is shortest-path closure (transitive closure is another thing): method names and status flags changed accordingly. Now avoiding the (almost) useless initialization of BDS in the constructor BD_Shape(const Generator_System& gs); Source code in file BD_Shape.inlines.hh reordered so that all inline methods/functions come before the non-inline method/function templates.
