New enumeration Degenerate_Kind added with vales ZERO_DIMENSIONAL and EMPTY. The constructor Polyhedron(Degenerate_Kind kind = ZERO_DIMENSIONAL) does the expected thing. The program empty1.cc exemplifies two methods of obtaining an empty polyhedron.
