Box<Interval>::OK() has been changed accordingly. New test program fromspacedim1.cc tests Box<Interval>::Box(dimension_type, Degenerate_Element). Box<Interval>::Box(const BD_Shape<T>&, Complexity_Class) modified to exploit the new interval construction mechanisms.
