What do you mean by "to get LRS to work with PPL"? Do you mean that you take constraints of polytopes from PPL and pass them to lrslib to obtain the vertices? Then you inject these vertices back to the PPL and use them to minimize constraints? I am confused: please explain. Version 1.11.17 (client/server) of CVS has been installed on both cvs.cs.unipr.it and sandbox.cs.unipr.it. This, in turn, required the upgrade of cvsweb on www.cs.unipr.it to version 3.0.2. Any Prolog language lawyer out there?

I have just been bitten by a problem that seems to be caused by the different ways different Prolog systems parse the string "+4*a".
