Ocaml docs being built even though interface is not enabled

Dear Developers, In our Debian package we'd like to get rid of the ocaml depencency which crept in because of the use of ocamldoc, even though we use --enable-interfaces=c,cxx. Could you fix the Makefiles to also take care of that while building the documentation? Thanks, Michael

Option to disable build of demos?

Dear Developers, Would it be possible to add a configure option to disable the build of the demos? If you prefer not to do so, just let me know such that we can add a Debian-specific patch. The reason here is that we don't see a real need for shipping the demos, and the introduce an otherwise not necessary dependency on glpk. Thanks, Michael
