The first bug was illustrated by the extra test17 in boundedaffineimage1.cc The second bug by a modified form of test04 in generalizedaffineimage2.cc (previously the test did not test anything that is not tested elsewhere). Some tests in generalizedaffineimage1.cc used constraints that were not non-relational. Corrected.
