Got rid of preprocessing flag NEW_LIMITED_GROWTH_ORDERING: now always using
the new lgo in is_BHRZ03_stabilizing().
Added preprocessing flag EVOLVING_RAYS_SATURATORS for testing purposes
on the evolving rays technique of BHRZ03_widening_assign().
Some improvements in the variable names and comments of the evolving
rays technique. No longer testing for stabilization after applying H79
(unless assertions are turned on).
