I have just realised that two authors of work on polyhedra are
professors/lecturers in this department:
Martin Dyer and Les Proll have authored amongst other things,
"An algorithm for determining all extremal points of a convex polytope".
(Mathematical programming 1977)
I will see if they have a copy of the chernikova paper.
