I finally succeeded in building Cloog (the problem was due to a conflict between Libtool 2.2.4 ---which I use--- and the configuration scripts of cloog ---which assume older versions of the Autotools---).

The first thing I did was to compile Cloog against PPL 0.10: I had to rename a few symbols, but it was a 5-minutes affair... a patch for Cloog is attached.

I would also like to let you know that we, the PPL developers, have changed our priorities in order to release PPL 0.10 as soon as possible. All the best,
