 
            Hi,
the situation is the following. I'm compiling under Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit installed on a Virtual Box machine 4.1.8. The compiler is GCC 4.6.1 the standard provided with this distribution, I'm just compiling with 'make' but I don't know if GCC automatically executes parallel compiling. With ppl 0.11 all works well. I can send to you my VM but it is about 16 GB.

Are you doing a parallel build (i.e., with make -j N)? Otherwise I don't know: I begin to suspect there is something wrong in your system that is unrelated to the PPL. Can I have a temporary account on the machine where all this happens?
