Log message: Corrected a bug in _ciao_pl.m4. Corrected a bug in the addition of the extra widening code in _icc.m4. Also removed code that checked the number of binop replacements for that class: this is because, now LP_Problem is a fixed class, all the classes denote domains with at least one binary operator.
