Log message: Added explicit constructors (to be used as conversion functions) for building a Polyhedron starting from a NNC_Polyhedron, and viceversa. Added method bool NNC_Polyhedron::is_topologucally_closed() used in the above constructor to check if the argument is legal. NNC_Polyhedron::limited_widening_assign() reimplemented using the new constructor functions.
