Log message: Got rid of Old_Interval and related classes. Functions div_round_up(), is_additive_inverse(), is_even(), max_assign(), min_assign() and numer_denom() moved to globals.defs.hh and globals.inlines.hh. The method Polyhedron::shrink_bounding_box() is now based on Box constructors.
