[PPL-devel] Main trunk code freeze for PPL 0.9

Hi there,

please, consider the code in the main trunk to be frozen. Only documentation changes and critical bug fixes should be committed until the release branch is created (I plan to do this on Saturday or Sunday). Cheers,
