Log message: Added a test file for the upper_bound_if_exact() method - copied (with obvious edits) from the BD_Shape test directory. As the current implementation just returns false, tests that would be expected to succeed have the "_F" tag. An additional test10 is an example showing that more conditions are needed for octagonal shapes compared to the bd shapes.
