So Matthew, what do we miss to make this Debian packaging system happy?
- debian/rules - debian/changelog - build dependency on graphviz - debian/control descriptions of the interface packages - debian/control source `Section' - dir, install and link files for the interface packages - debian/libppl.doc-base and debian/libppl-dev.doc-base
May I commit these changes?
Building the packages with the changes works, but the following error occurs when installing the libppl package. Anyone recognise the cause? Michael?

A `Section' line is present in the control file in the package.
