Log message: The dynamically created macro "class" is now "m4_class". The fixed list of classes "Class`'i is now m4_Class`'i The pattern CLASS is now M4_CLASS The pattern cLASS is now M4_lCLASS (l = lower case) Note that these changes need propagating in the C interface files.
