[PPL-devel] Do not send to sender

Dear all,

in a desperate attempt to stop a rebellion against the mailing list, I have configured mailman so as not to send a message also to its originator. Please stop sending private e-mails: I promise I will solve all the problems of the mailing list software. Ciao,
