Log message: Corrected a bug in add_dimensions_and_constraint(). The OK() assertion at the end of limited_widening_assign() changed into OK(false), because the parameter cs may cause the polyhedron to become inconsistent. In widening_assign(), now adding the epsilon constraints (instead of the positivity one) when the topology requires them.
