Log message: Methods Polyhedra_PowerSet<PH>::add_constraint() and Polyhedra_PowerSet<PH>::add_constraints() made lazy. Methods Polyhedra_PowerSet<PH>::add_constraint_and_minimize() and Polyhedra_PowerSet<PH>::add_constraints_and_minimize() added.
