Modified files: src : MIP_Problem.cc
Log message: Use the `PPL_USE_GLPK_MIP_SOLVER' symbol instead of `PPL_USE_GLPK'. Define HAVE_GMP before including <glpssx.h> and <glpk.h>, undefining it after these inclusions. The ulset() function does not exist in GLPK 4.28: use xlset() instead.
