[PPL-devel] PPL 0.10 release branch created

The branch tag is `ppl-0_10-branch'.

Work on the main trunk can now proceed with the PPL 0.10.1 TODO items. Remember that the trunk will remain in "0.10 mode" until a few months after the release of GCC 4.4. This means that only complete work that can go into PPL 0.10.x can be committed to the trunk, and that the trunk should remain stable (i.e., releasable) in the process.

Of course there is no restriction on the kind of work that can take place on the branches.

Please do not touch the release branch without consulting with me. Ciao,
