Modified files: interfaces/C : ppl_c.h
Log message: No longer use __BEGIN_DECLS and __END_DECLS (so as not to provoke pollution). Use a brief only description for the opaque pointers. Undefine PPL_TYPE_DECLARATION as soon as we are done with it. Documentation for all the *_OK() functions improved: they do not always make noise (if the compilation was done with NDEBUG defined, they do not make any noise).
