Fixed the bug that caused Status and Matrix to appear in the
user's guide: the symbol to be used for excluding the
implementation details is PPL_DOXYGEN_INCLUDE_IMPLEMENTATION_DETAILS.
A sort of "alice-in-wonderland" world... :-)
