Log message: Method satisfies_all_constraints(g) reimplemented to work with NNC polyhedra and to correctly deal with potential (legal) topology mismatches. As a consequence, now PolyBase::relation_with(g) also works for NNC polyhedra and/or an NNC generator parameter g.
