Log message: Changed the way the list of classes to be supported is given and how these are handled. This aims to allow for automatic generation of these lists by the configure file. The current code will support the classes such as Polyhhedron, LP_Problem, Grid and also those such as BD_Shape<int8_t> with a numeric type.
