Log message: Revised the organisation of the Makefile so that Prolog_interfaces.dox is built outside the #if BUILD_* conditional. Removed Prolog_interfaces.dox from the BUILT_SOURCES and included them with dist_noinst_DATA. Use CLEANFILES instead of DISTCLEANFILES for all files built with make all.
