Log message: Enable the generation of files for separate compilation. The code in ppl_interface_generator_ocaml_cc_code.m4 has been separated into the access code that is now in ppl_interface_generator_ocaml_hh_code.m4 and the rest that defines the schematic methods for all the domains.
