Log message: New macro NOISY_PROLOG_TRACK_ALLOCATION allows to conditionally track allocation (as PROLOG_TRACK_ALLOCATION), but printing allocation and deallocation messages on std::cerr (differently from PROLOG_TRACK_ALLOCATION). Class PFunc renamed Partial_Function.
