Log message: Added preproc flag NEW_LIMITED_GROWTH_ORDERING to test the new convergence criterion for bhrz03. The new stabilization test now prints a '*' on std::cerr each time we miss an opportunity of applying the new widening techniques due to the new convergence criterion.
