Log message: Replaced everywhere "non_necessarily_closed" by "not_necessarily_closed". Improved the documentation of class Constraint to consider examples using strict inequalities. Added brief description for classes Poly_xxx_Relation and for the const_iterators of ConSys and GenSys.
