Log message: Start replacing our ad hoc protection mechanisms with friendship. Got around the GCC bug described in http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html#known by exchanging the order of arguments in the constructors from bounding boxes of C_Polyhedron and NNC_Polyhedron. The test program boundingbox2.cc has been cleaned up consequently.
