Log message: Changed the documentation of the remapping operator to refer to the specification provided in doc/definitions.dox; changed the tests to avoid experimenting with cases when the behavior is undefined; no longer insisting that the partial function is injective (since this is required but it is not enough to obtain a well-defined behavior).
