Log message: Modified class documentation to also consider the flags about pending constraints and generators. Moved Doxygen comments from friend declaration to the real function declaration. Avoid using preproc flag PPL_DOXYGEN_HYDE_ IMPLEMENTATION_DETAILS when useless, i.e., when we are inside a class whose documentation is already hidden.
