Log message: Added new methods generator_widening_assign() and limited_generator_widening_assign() as defined in draft paper. Added method is_equal_at_dimension() for grid generators which is a clone of the existing method for congruences. widening2.cc and limitedextrapolation2.cc check the new widening.
