Log message: Avoid calling num_columns() on input_cs and pending_input_cs, since these constraint systems may be NNC and therefore have an extra column for the epsilon coefficient. Do call space_dimension(), instead, taking care of the offset. Adjusted some badly indented lines; adjusted some bad line breaks.
