Log message: Add a convert_rays_to_line parameter to Grid(gs) and construct(gs). In map_space_dimensions, when the number of dimensions changes: - ensure that points and rays remain constant under the generator normalization that occurs when the points and rays are created - skip converting rays to lines when creating the temporary new grid.
