Hello All,
I am using PPL in the MELT branch of GCC.
I am interested by knowing approximately:
1. When will the next version of PPL (0.10) be released? Hopefully soon... PPL is really in good shape
2. Is there any possibility to have the next version of PPL be GPLv3 compatible (ie legally usable inside GCC) http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2008-09/msg00375.html at least by switching to GPLv2+ (which is really not a big license change)
Regards.

Hi Basile,

There is some misunderstanding here: all the released versions of the PPL have been under GPLv2+. The CVS HEAD version is GPLv3+ since July 12, 2007 (i.e., two weeks after the publication of GPLv3), it has always been GPLv2+ before that date. All the best,
Roberto

Sorry, my mistake, I confused with another library called polylib.
