Log message: print.hh contains functions that are useful for printing polyhedra. inters1.cc improved. New test inters2.cc computing the intersection of a pyramid with an half-space of variable height, then counting the number of vertices of the resulting polytope (the empty polyhedron, a proper frustum, or a singleton).
