(Note: this change only affects methods wrt "generators" and _not_ wrt "grid_generators".) In the Partially_Reduced_Product domain all methods that build a product from generators or grid generators, add generators or grid generators to a product and get the generators or grid generators defining a product are no longer supported. Changes to the tests reflect this change.
