Log message: Update OK to check that the con_sys and grid space dimensions match when con_sys is empty. Update add_recycled_generators_and_minimize to insert the generators with Grid_Generator_System::recycling_insert. Replace the add_recycled_generators call in generalized_affine_image(l,r,m) with equivalent, quicker code.
