Log message: Call num_columns later in adjust_space_dimension. Add insert(c). Take out an old constraint comment. Take out pending row code, old constraint_system code, and method satisfies_all_congruences(g,ref). Clean up ascii_dump and some of ascii_load. Correct the names in the Congruence_System(c) declaration.
