Log message: Cleaned Octagon::add_constraint. Methods poly_hull_assign() and poly_hull_assign_and_minimize() renamed as oct_hull_assign() and oct_hull_assign_and_minimize(). Tests for Octagon::oct_hull_assign() rewritten according to the new guidelines.
