Log message: The extra test code moved to a separate "extra_code" file. Before the m4_include for this file, the quote characters are changed to @<<@ and @>>@ and then restored back to the original ` and ' after the include. This allows the inclusion of quote characters in the Prolog code in the "extra_code" file. Makefile.am modified so that in the interfaces/Prolog/tests directory "make" creates the Prolog test program "ppl_predicate_check.pl".
