Log message: In the proposition after the definition of rays, we need to consider a non-empty polyhedron and a non-zero vector \vect{r}. It is NOT true that extreme rays define _all_ the directions in which an arbitrary polyhedron is infinite. Definition of line simplified. A typo fixed in definition of Minkowsky's sum.
